Executive - customer support

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand product requirements for school-customized jobs and institutional orders from the sales team.
• Collaborate with the studio team to develop designs and fulfil orders as per client requirements in the given timeline.
• Maintain documentation for efficient order processing.
• Coordinate with the factorys costing department to provide timely and accurate quotations to the sales team or directly to the client.
• Interact with clients to understand their needs or to explain cost proposals.
• Tracking order status and providing timely updates to the same team about the dispatch and delivery.
• The candidate will also be responsible for checking documentation and paper work for the regular production job.
