CSR Program Manager

Role & responsibilities

1.Conduct regular reviews to assess the impact, outcomes, and efficacy of CSR programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with desired objectives.

2.Develop strategic, long-term goals aligned with Svatantra's CSR policy, ensuring initiatives support the companys mission and social responsibility objectives.

3.Oversee the full lifecycle of CSR projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

4.Drive budgeting and monitor expenditures to ensure efficient use of funds, in line with project objectives and regulatory compliance.

5.Assess the effectiveness of CSR programs and implement necessary course corrections for optimal impact.

6.Maintain comprehensive MIS records for all CSR activities, ensuring documents are audit-ready and compliant with governance standards.

7.Regularly update senior leadership on progress.

8.Establish and maintain strategic relationships with professionals and institutions at both national and global levels, while leading advocacy campaigns that promote societal issues and highlight the foundations initiatives.

9.Represent the organization at CSR events, utilizing expertise to enhance the foundations position as a recognized thought leader in the sector.

10.Collaborate with the internal communications team to ensure effective dissemination of the foundations mission and vision to relevant stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having experience in CSR, CSR Activities and CSR Programs.

Preferred experience in NGO, Social Services Associations or BFSI.
