Regional Finance Head

Role & responsibilities:

- Finalization of Quarterly and Annual Financial report as per requirement of Listed Company and its Subsidiaries

- Restructuring for Direct taxes across organization to save cost.

- Ensure Compliances related to Financial reporting of listed company on time and upgrade reporting system with evolving accounting guidance

- Improvement in Financial reporting system, identify improvement areas and run projects for implementation.

- Develop reporting system to cater information requirements of management and various stakeholders

- Providing Commercially aligned Direct Tax Advise to Tax, Finance and Business operational team

- Handling Direct Tax related audits and preparing and updating Direct tax litigation tracker for all Direct taxation matters on monthly basis.

- Liasoning with tax officials and managing a team.

- Interpretation, drafting and communication on direct tax matters.

- Implementation of Ind-AS compliances, compliance with Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement (SEBI), ICFR

- SPOC for any Direct tax related issues and queries of various functions.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 15+ years of experience in relevant field.

- Knowledge of Indian and International Reporting Standards

- Knowledge of Direct Tax Laws and practices

- SAP Knowledge must
