Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join an Emerging Ecommerce startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user problems and the ability to devise effective technical solutions. They should be eager to collaborate, take initiative, and continuously improve their skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand problems and translate them into efficient technical solutions.

- Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

- Estimate deliverables accurately and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code.

- Actively seek and incorporate feedback to improve performance and deliverables.

- Stay curious and continuously learn new technologies and best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from Tier 1 Institute (or equivalent practical experience).

- Strong understanding of user-centric design and problem-solving.

- Proven ability to develop and maintain backend services and APIs.

- Experience with technologies and frameworks like Node.js and Python.

- Good knowledge of database systems (NoSQL).

- Experience with a cloud like AWS.

- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to estimate project timelines and deliver on commitments.

- Experience in a product-based company is preferred.

- Positive attitude, willingness to ask questions, and openness to feedback.
