E. Bi-weekly Team discussions-actions plans and implementing solution for bringing more process efficiency and enhancement.
A. Maintain consolidated unused ticket list.
B. Strict adherence of managing unused ticket credits that strengthens company to safeguard huge amount of money.
C. Ensure to compare new ticket cost Vs. unused ticket credit before processing the booking.
D. Monitor ticket expiry dates (unused) and ensure a follow up with traveller before ticket expiry
E. Pro-active approach with airline requesting for date extension on expiring tickets.
A. Transaction Tracker (Air + Hotel+ Visa + other service if any + credit card tracker)
B. Maintain trackers for- Savings & LLF deviation & unused tickets.
C. Maintain exceptional approvals records for booking made less than 7days in domestic and less than 14 days in international.
D. Maintain traveller feedback tracker.
A. Due diligence checks if best logical air fare option is given and alternate hotel options VS traveller preferred option are quoted by the associates on all bookings.
B. Effective email management
C. Streamline operational process with best practises.
D. Roster and leave management- managing staff schedules efficiently as per the business requirement.
E. Resolve queries and escalation with proper route cause analysis.
A. Initiate Collaboration, discussions with cross functions-Finance, HR & other regional teams in Travel services as per business requirement
B. Maintain positive rapport with service providers (Riya travel India / BCD travel Philippines/ Expedia / Deprez Travel USA)
C. Ensure timely 0service delivery.
D. Responsible to maintain travel data from vendors.
E. Maintain SGS standards and business timelines.
F. Ensuring any issues discovered in due diligence are mitigated and resolved.
A. Making all kind of travel arrangement for Sutherland corporate employees in North America/South America/Philippines/Caribbean/India and other regions.
B. Hotel/ Airline negotiations & contracting, handling of group booking as a manager.
C. Catering with the travel needs of AVP/VP/Director/CFO/CEO as per the trip requirement (MICE, Summit, and Seminar etc.)
D. Ensure the best corporate offers negotiated rate with respect to Hotel/Car/ Flight booking with the help of the SABRE GDS and other programs.
E. Co-ordinating with the VISA department to ensure all the necessary travel documents are in place to avoid deportation and having a hassle-free journey.
F. Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures.
G. Ticketing/Reissuing/Refunding and making optimum utilization of the flight ticket to avoid extra cost by using unutilized or open ticket for future travel with the help of the GDS-Sabre.
H. Arranging hotel accommodation on Sutherland rate to get negotiated and cheapest price for a given stay internationally comparatively to the standard rate of the property.
I. Making car arrangement at USA/South America/Caribbean regions Jamaica, Kingston etc. with a tie-up partner supplier like NATIONAL rental car services on a cost-effective price.
J. Reconciliation of credit card cost/invoice to ensure error free transaction.
