Job Description.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant specializing in Source to Contract (S2C) processes.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, focusing on implementing, configuring, and optimizing Source to Contract solutions.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and the ability to drive end-to-end S2C projects in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities.

SAP Ariba Source to Contract Implementation:.

Lead and participate in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of SAP Ariba S2C modules, including Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Spend Analysis.

Design and configure Ariba solutions to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Manage project deliverables and timelines, ensuring successful end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba S2C solutions.

Process Optimization and Best Practices:.

Analyze current sourcing and procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains using SAP Ariba.

Implement industry best practices within the S2C process, driving continuous improvement and process optimization.

Provide recommendations on enhancing supplier collaboration, contract management, and compliance using SAP Ariba tools.

Stakeholder Engagement and Training:.

Collaborate with key business stakeholders, including procurement, legal, and finance teams, to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP Ariba solutions.

Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the SAP Ariba platform effectively.

Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on how to leverage SAP Ariba functionalities to achieve business goals.

Integration and Collaboration:.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Ariba S2C solutions with other SAP modules (e g , SAP MM, SAP SRM) and non-SAP systems.

Ensure seamless data flow between SAP Ariba and other enterprise systems, enabling accurate reporting and analysis.

Documentation and Compliance:.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, process maps, and user manuals.

Ensure all sourcing and contracting activities within SAP Ariba are compliant with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide regular updates and reports on project status, process improvements, and system performance to management.

Support and Maintenance:.

Provide ongoing support for SAP Ariba S2C solutions, resolving any issues and ensuring optimal system performance.

Monitor system usage and performance, making necessary adjustments to enhance functionality and user experience.

Stay updated on the latest SAP Ariba releases and enhancements, ensuring the organization benefits from new features and capabilities.

Qualifications.

8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, specifically in Source to Contract (S2C) processes.

Proven track record of leading successful SAP Ariba S2C implementations and optimizations.

Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and sourcing strategies.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Ariba modules to meet specific business needs.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and design effective solutions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in leading workshops and training sessions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications.

SAP Ariba certification in Source to Contract.

Experience with SAP integration tools and methodologies.

Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP Ariba.
