Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for our Recovery, LAP (Loan Against Property) Sales, and Insurance Sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in loan recovery, LAP product sales, and insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recovery and collections of overdue loans.
• Handle Loan Against Property (LAP) sales and acquisition of new customers.
• Own business sourcing for LAP and business loan product.
• He also responsible for recovery portfolio.
• Achieve monthly sales and recovery targets.
• Promote and sell insurance products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, financial institutions, and insurance providers.

Key Requirements:

• 2/2.5+ years of experience in loan recovery, LAP sales, and insurance sales.
• Knowledge of Loan Against Property (LAP) products and insurance sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets.
• Knowledge of legal processes related to loan recovery is a plus.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or a related field.
