Collection Executive

Role & responsibilities

Identify/follow outstanding account receivables.

Mailing to customers on SLA crossed payment.

Investigate historical data for debts and bills.

Visit customers to encourage timely payments.

Travelling to different places for payment follow-up.

Resolve invoicing and POD related issues.

Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments as per their terms.

Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress, weekly.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role.

Good knowledge of billing procedures.

Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.

Comfortable working with targets.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good in Malayalam and Hindi language.
