Senor Executive - Legal

Role & responsibilities

1. Perform legal research, prepare legal documents and represent company in criminal and civil court proceedings,

2. Candidate should be well versed with the court procedures,

3. Candidate should be well versed with drafting and reviewing contracts, searching for relevant regulatory documents, and providing legal advice to company management,

4. Having good knowledge and acquainted with the matters under Section 138 of N. Acts, 156(3) of Cr. PC Summary proceedings, Arbitration Proceeding, SARFAESI Act,

5. Scrutinizing the legal documents in order to proceed for disbursement,

6. Licensing with the Government, Semi Government and Police Authority,

7. Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars, meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into file database and case management software, confirming case status with attorney.

8. Preparing and forwarding summonses and warrants; drafting complaints; preparing and filing discovery requests; preparing responses to opposing counsel, generating status reports.

9. Keeps company informed by maintaining contact; communicating case progress.

10. Supports case preparation by preparing case summaries and materials for mediation conferences; preparing pleadings; monitoring and obtaining case review.

11. Enhances trial proceedings by organizing evidence; preparing exhibits; scheduling witnesses, ensuring that witnesses are ready when needed;

12. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Law Graduate

- 3+ Years of relevant experience

- Good Communication

- Knowledge about the court procedure

- Experience in LAP / Housing loans
