Job Description

• Ensure the company adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards across all operational regions.
• Review, draft, and finalize contracts, ensuring they are comprehensive, clear, and align with company policies and objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations, client engagements, and partnerships.
• Lead negotiations on legal terms with clients, partners, and vendors, securing favorable terms that protect the companys interests.
• Handle legal disputes or issues that arise, working with external counsel as needed to resolve matters efficiently and favorably.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures that support compliance, reduce risks, and guide employees on legal matters.
• Ensure the companys intellectual property rights are safeguarded, managing patents, trademarks, and other IP-related matters.
• Provide legal advice and support to the management team on strategic decisions and initiatives. • Conduct training sessions and raise awareness across the company on legal compliance, contract management, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive legal records, ensuring easy access to critical documents and historical data.
• To adhere to the Information Security Management policies and procedures
