Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, CF forecasting and various report necessary to support Management, Decision making
• Produce, collect and analyze Financial MIS for Management reporting and also to various lenders and stake holders.
• Good skills on presentation and excel is must. Data tools like power BI is good to have.
• Assist/Develop financial models and various reports for various fund raising activities.
• Support on strategic financial planning and Go No Go decisions and benchmark analysis.
• Variance Analysis & Reporting (actual v/s forecasts v/s budget, current V/s Last Quarter V/s Last Year, identify, analyze and report the causes of variances).
• Borrowing cost analysis & Build scenarios with timely alert on cost of funding requirement as per RBI
• Impact analysis on account of policy change and external environment
• Establish control and process relevant to Borrowings, Securitization deals & related Payouts.

Preferred candidate profile

CA with relevant years of experience in FP&A.
