Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

Role & responsibilities -

• Conduct pre-investment reviews of potential target companies.
• Analyze historical accounting and management reports, financial forecasts, business plans, financial statements, annual reports, and other relevant information.
• Interpret and consolidate analysed information into clear, actionable insights.
• Coordinate closely with financial consultants and management of the target company and participate in discussions w.r.t. due financial due diligence .
• Present findings from the pre-investment review and provide strategic recommendations.

Play a key role in shaping the financial strategies

Candidate will be managing the above for all the deals within West and East zone and coordinate with the TDD team members.

Preferred candidate profile -

• Chartered Accountant having Financial Due Diligence experience with 2-3 years post qualification experience;
• Candidates with prior experience of Real Estate industry would be preferred;
• Experience of working in ERP / SAP environment;
• Strong Excel skills (must have);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and abilities
