Sales Executive - Real Estate Sales
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales executive in Real Estate with
minimum 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of
success in the real estate industry and be able to generate new leads, close deals, and build
relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Fetch, Identify and qualify new leads.
Conduct market research and analysis.
Negotiate and close deals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Provide excellent customer service.
Develop and maintain relationships and networks with channel partners.
Stay up to date on the latest real estate trends.
Ready to work on Targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is a must.
2+ years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Must own a 2- or 4-wheeler.
Benefits:
Salary (monthly): Rs 20,000 to Rs 50,000 (depending on experience)
Incentive on each sale as per company policy.
Tour & Travel reimbursements
Employment Type: Full Time (In Office/field)
Timing: 9.00 am to 8.00 pm (9-hour shift, depending upon roaster). No Sunday off (One
weekly off, decided amongst team)
