Job Summary:

Livnest Technologies Pvt Ltd, a leading real estate channel partner, is looking for a Home Loan Specialist to manage the end-to-end home loan process, from initial customer contact to loan disbursement. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, loan documentation, coordination with banks/NBFCs, and ensure smooth processing of home loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Customer Outreach:

- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Understand customer requirements and guide them on suitable loan options.

Loan Processing & Coordination:

- Assist customers in loan application and documentation.

- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan approvals.

- Ensure smooth and timely loan processing from application to disbursement.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and financial partners.

- Provide regular updates to customers on loan application status.

- Address queries related to loan eligibility, interest rates, and EMI calculations.

Compliance & Documentation:

- Verify and validate documents as per lender requirements.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 1-5 years in home loan sales, mortgage processing, or banking.

Education: Graduate in any field (Finance, Banking, or Real Estate preferred).

Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of home loan products, banking procedures, and financial documentation.

- Ability to manage multiple loan applications and follow up effectively.
