Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Sales and Lead Generation

  • Identify and Approach Prospective Clients: Leverage personal networks, referrals, and marketing strategies to generate leads.
  • Promote Properties: Showcase residential, commercial, or industrial properties to potential buyers.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Understand Client Needs: Gather client requirements to offer suitable property options.
  • Provide Property Tours: Schedule and conduct property viewings, both physical and virtual.
  • Maintain Client Database: Use CRM tools to track leads, follow up, and maintain records of interactions.

3. Coordination with Developers

  • Stay Updated on Inventory: Collaborate with real estate developers to understand available properties, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the market and clients to inform developers of trends and demands.
  • Negotiate Terms: Facilitate discussions on pricing, payment plans, and contract terms between developers and buyers.

4. Administrative Tasks

  • Documentation and Paperwork: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, including agreements, loans, and registration.
  • Post-Sale Support: Ensure smooth handover of properties and assist with any after-sales issues.
  • Reporting: Regularly report sales performance, lead status, and market insights to management.

5. Industry and Product Knowledge

  • Stay Informed: Keep updated on real estate market trends, property laws, and financing options.
  • Property Knowledge: Understand the specifications, benefits, and unique selling points (USPs) of properties.
