Job Description


Role & responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients (both buyers and sellers) through various channels like cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Client Consultation: Understand client needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties. Provide expert advice regarding market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads, prospects, and past clients to maintain a healthy pipeline and relationship.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers and sellers to close deals favorably for all parties.

2. Sales & Marketing

  • Property Listings: Assist in creating and managing property listings, ensuring they are marketed effectively (via online platforms, brochures, and advertisements).
  • Open Houses: Organize and conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase the properties to potential buyers.
  • Market Research: Keep up to date with market trends, property values, and competitor activity to provide clients with the most accurate information.
  • Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, ensuring the growth of the business.

3. Transaction Management

  • Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation related to property sales and purchases.
  • Coordination: Coordinate between various stakeholders like lawyers, mortgage brokers, and inspection teams to ensure the smooth progression of the transaction.
  • Closing Deals: Manage the closing process, ensuring all steps are completed in accordance with the agreement, including paperwork and payments.

4. Customer Service & After-Sales Support

  • Post-Sale Communication: Ensure clients are satisfied with their purchase or sale and provide assistance for any post-sale queries or concerns.
  • Referral Generation: Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals from satisfied clients.

5. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property sales, and financial transactions.
  • Reporting: Report to management on sales performance, market feedback, and client inquiries.
  • CRM Usage: Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, follow-ups, and deals.

6. Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Team Collaboration: Work with other sales executives, marketing teams, and property managers to meet company objectives.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share market knowledge, strategies, and best practices with the team to improve collective performance.

7. Compliance and Ethics

  • Adherence to Regulations: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal, ethical, and company standards, including real estate laws, anti-money laundering regulations, and fair housing practices.

8. Continuous Learning

  • Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry trends, attend workshops, and obtain certifications to maintain expertise in the field.

Skills and Qualities Required:


  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to negotiate and interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Ability to close deals and persuade clients effectively.
  • Organization: Managing multiple listings, clients, and paperwork efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address issues that arise during the sales process.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, pricing, and legalities
