Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager specializing in electrical procurement. The ideal candidate will oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of electrical components, materials, and equipment for our projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Strategy:
   
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for electrical materials and equipment.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers to establish strong and reliable vendor relationships.
2. Vendor Management:
   
• Assess vendor performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
3. Cost Management:
   
• Monitor and control procurement budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
   
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor communications.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to understand material requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock levels and avoid shortages.
6. Market Analysis:
   
• Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and new technologies in the electrical industry.
• Benchmark procurement practices to ensure competitiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in electrical components, materials, or equipment.
