We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Product Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping the development and enhancement of our SaaS product, which is built natively on the Salesforce platform.
As a Product Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the product development team, gathering and analyzing requirements, defining user stories, and ensuring the successful delivery of features and enhancements that align with our strategic objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, to elicit and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze product requirements.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, facilitating discussions, workshops, and feedback sessions to gather insights, validate assumptions, and prioritize initiatives based on strategic alignment and impact.
Business Process Analysis:
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for optimization and automation within our SaaS product.
Solution Design:
Work closely with product managers, architects, and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and functional designs, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
Quality Assurance (QA) Support:
Partner with QA analysts to review test cases, validate test results, and ensure that developed features meet business requirements and quality standards before release to production.
Release Management:
Assist in release planning and coordination activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), release notes documentation, and communication of feature changes and enhancements to internal stakeholders and customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience (2 years) as a business analyst or product analyst in a SaaS or software development environment, preferably with experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and turn business requirements into actionable user stories to guide product development.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices and familiarity with agile products such as Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings, present findings, and articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in the customer feedback management domain is highly desirable.
