As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and management of our Salesforce-based products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of product development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with overall business objectives.
Formulate and execute a comprehensive product strategy to meet market demands.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze product requirements.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and sunsetting.
Customer Feedback Management:
Establish and maintain robust mechanisms for collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
Utilize customer insights to drive product improvements and enhance user experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure product success.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in a technical or related field; Masters is a plus.
Proven experience (2 years) as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of product management principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with Salesforce platform and related technologies.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
Experience in the customer feedback management domain is highly desirable.
