We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer to lead the professional development of our staff.

This will be an integral role in establishing the training vertical for all customer-facing roles at Supertails.

The Trainer will not only focus on the clinic staff but will also extend their expertise to train veterinarians, customer care teams, in-house pet relationship managers, customer callers, and more.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that every Supertails touchpoint embodies our commitment to exceptional service, fostering a unified standard across all operations..

Key Responsibilities:.

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to all customer-facing roles, including clinic staff, vets, customer care representatives, and pet relationship managers..

Focus on enhancing soft skills, customer handling, and effective communication across teams..

Develop role-specific training modules to improve customer service standards and patient care across departments..

Conduct regular assessments to evaluate skill gaps and identify areas for improvement across various teams..

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to ensure continuous professional growth..

Collaborate with clinic managers and other team leads to align training initiatives with operational goals..

Stay updated with best practices in hospitality, healthcare, and pet care industries, integrating relevant insights into training content..

Prepare training reports and documentation to track progress and outcomes for all customer-facing teams..

Qualifications:.

Over 5+ years of proven experience as a Trainer in leading hotels, healthcare settings, or customer-facing roles, with a specialization in soft skills and customer service..

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for engaging and motivating diverse teams..

Language proficiency is English and Hindi, any other regional language is good to have..

Ability to design and deliver customized training programs that cater to different learning styles..

Familiarity with training evaluation metrics and reporting tools..

Flexibility to travel between clinic and office locations as required..
