Job Overview.
Podar Education Network is seeking a dedicated and experienced Admission Counsellor for our Satara location.

This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 to maximum of 6 years of experience in the educational counseling field.

The role is exclusively for female candidates who are skilled in providing admission counseling and fluent in English communication.

Qualifications And Skills.

Minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience as an educational counsellor.

Strong proficiency in admission counseling (Mandatory skill).

Female candidates only (Mandatory skill).

Experience in academic counseling with a solid understanding of the educational landscape.

Exceptional skills as an admission counsellor (Mandatory skill).

Proficient in educational counseling techniques and strategies.

Fluency in English communication, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with students and parents.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to assist students and parents in the admission process.

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive admission counseling to prospective students and their families.

Assist students in understanding the different educational streams offered by Podar Education Network.

Manage the full admission process, from initial inquiry through enrollment and orientation.

Organize and conduct information sessions and one-on-one counseling appointments.

Keep updated records of student interactions and follow up as necessary.

Work collaboratively with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets.

Ensure all communication with prospective students and parents is prompt, professional, and supportive.
