What Youll Do:

• Strategize and Execute Campaigns: Develop and implement offline marketing strategies, including hoardings, print, mall activations, and society stalls, to drive app downloads and customer engagement.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, setting clear goals and optimizing on-ground efforts to achieve acquisition and retention targets.
• Vendor and Agency Coordination: Collaborate with creative agencies and vendors to design and deliver high-quality promotional materials within budget and timelines.
• Customer Engagement: Oversee on-ground activations, ensuring impactful brand representation and designing customer retention campaigns to boost loyalty.
• Performance Optimization: Track campaign metrics, analyze results, and implement improvements for enhanced ROI and customer acquisition.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of offline marketing trends, adopting creative strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align offline campaigns with overall business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with digital and brand initiatives.
