Responsibilities
- Brand Product Positioning - Understand the vision for the brand and product offering - Curate sharp visual messaging and design direction to position the offering - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine the vision and work with external partners to execute best-in-class communication
- Design Strategy - Participate in consumer research to convert insights into strategic communications - Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels (performance, retention, influencers, social media, website, etc.) - Strategize for both sales-driven content and brand-building efforts
- Designing - Develop creative executions for web, digital, and offline marketing activities based on creative briefs - Ensure design requirements meet product/project guidelines - Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to innovation - Create layouts and visuals that align with business objectives, partnering with business and marketing teams to meet brand and business needs
- Ideation Experimentation - Contribute to ideation and execution of campaigns across all digital channels
- Scope of Work - Primarily focused on digital and branding work, with potential for offline projects
Must-Haves
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual strategy and designing - Experience across all digital platforms - Ability to maintain, define, and adhere to the totality of the brand
