Growth Marketer

Regarding the Founding Growth Marketer role:

This role will drive global growth for the company. This role will report directly into the founders.

Some of the things this role will get to drive:

• Build the most intuitive and optimized user journeys across all touchpoints.
• Find the best channels to grow in a PLG SaaS product and scale them.
• Innovate on interesting growth experiments, that break the template and just work.
• Hold the fort on Product Led Growth by working closely with engineering teams.

We believe in hands-on operators and executors. Each team member has to not just plan and strategize their initiatives, but also execute on their own and create help where needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of startup experience in any of the following fields (growth, business, analytics, sales).
• Hands on experience in any of the following channels (SEO, Inbound / Outbound, Performance).
