Position Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate with an MBA and 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing digital marketing strategies across various channels, driving brand awareness, and enhancing lead generation. Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote OptiSol s GenAI-powered IT services and solutions, targeting specific industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and technology.

Content Marketing: Develop and manage engaging content for blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns, aligning with OptiSol s brand voice and business objectives.

SEO SEM Management: Optimize website performance through SEO strategies and manage paid search campaigns to improve visibility and drive qualified leads.

Analytics Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush to derive actionable insights.

Lead Generation: Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) efforts by identifying opportunities to generate high-quality inbound leads, targeting personas such as CTOs, CEOs, and COOs.

Social Media Marketing: Oversee OptiSol s social media presence, creating and scheduling posts to engage the audience and build brand awareness.

Email Campaigns: Create and manage personalized email marketing campaigns using HubSpot to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.

Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on digital marketing trends to refine strategies and maintain OptiSol s competitive edge.

Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns that highlight OptiSol s GenAI capabilities and IT services.

Brand Positioning: Assist in enhancing OptiSol s market position by showcasing its expertise in GenAI-powered solutions and custom application development across digital platforms.

Requirements :

Educational Background: MBA with a focus on Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in executing digital marketing strategies, preferably in IT services or technology domains.

Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media management platforms.

A nalytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Content SEO Expertise: Experience in creating engaging content, optimizing it for SEO, and managing targeted campaigns for lead generation.

Communication Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and align marketing initiatives with business goals.
