Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, setting clear goals and optimizing on-ground efforts to achieve acquisition and retention targets.
Vendor and Agency Coordination: Collaborate with creative agencies and vendors to design and deliver high-quality promotional materials within budget and timelines.
Customer Engagement: Oversee on-ground activations, ensuring impactful brand representation and designing customer retention campaigns to boost loyalty.
Performance Optimization: Track campaign metrics, analyze results, and implement improvements for enhanced ROI and customer acquisition.
Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of offline marketing trends, adopting creative strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
