Our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP):
- For Product Business: Passionate founders looking to build scalable products.
- For People Business: Large global companies setting up GCCs in India, scaling operations, and expanding their workforce.
What We're Looking For?
- We're looking for someone hands-on, deeply involved, and passionate about building both growth and brand visibility.
- Your role will focus on generating 100-200 quality leads annually for every business, ensuring each lead aligns with our goals and adds profitability.
- You should understand what can bring quality leads at what price and focus efforts accordingly.
- You'll also take charge of branding efforts like events, social media, creatives, and PR, ensuring alignment with our overall vision.
- This isn't a role for delegators or short-term thinkers.
- We want someone ready to be a pillar for the next 3-10 years, who understands that great growth comes from great branding.
What You'll Do?
- Generate Quality Leads.
- Work on SEO, website content, and lead-generation campaigns to attract the right audience.
- Focus on 100-200 quality leads annually for every business with a clear understanding of costs and ROI.
- Collect and showcase customer testimonials to build trust and credibility.
- Publish industry reports and content that resonates with our ICP.
- Manage Branding and Visibility.
- Plan and execute branding activities such as events, conferences, and webinars to engage with the right audience.
- Lead social media campaigns to build a consistent and engaging online presence.
- Oversee PR efforts to highlight key achievements and drive awareness (e.G., LinkedIn Top 20, Google AI Batch 2024).
- Work with designers and freelancers to create brand-aligned creatives for campaigns and events.
- Manage 5 Websites.
- Oversee and optimize five websites (and more as needed).
- Ensure they clearly communicate who we are, who we serve, and how we add value.
- Target GCC Customers.
- Build campaigns and messaging specifically for large global companies setting up GCCs in India.
- Highlight our expertise in helping businesses scale their operations and talent effectively.
- Support IPO and Long-Term Growth.
- Align marketing and branding efforts with our IPO plans in 2-3 years, building trust and visibility.
