TA Sourcing Specialist / Chennai - Sholinganallur, Banglore - Sarjapur

Job description:

Role purpose:

The purpose of the role is to source and hire the right talent against the requirements shared by the business and ensure a positive employer brand experience for the candidate throughout the hiring process.

Shift timings: General Shift

Working days: 5 days working ( Sat & Sun off)

Working mode: Hybrid working ( 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Number of positions: 10
Location: Chennai-Sholinganallur, Bangalore-Sarjapura, Hyderabad - Guchibowli
Salary package: 4 - 9 LPA. ( hike % should not exceed 20%)

Candidate Requirements:

• Proficiency in sourcing for Data & Analytics, Salesforce, Snowflake, and MSD roles.
• Strong knowledge of data technology skills and social media recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in MNC environments.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and Boolean strings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
• Employ advanced sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS, recruitment CRMs, and talent pools.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Pre-qualify candidates and hand them off to recruiters or hiring managers.
• Optimize sourcing strategies and monitor effectiveness.
• Ensure alignment with D&I goals through diverse sourcing.

Administrative Duties:

• Coordinate candidate communication for interviews and feedback.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
