Job description:

Designation: Transport Team lead

Salary package: upto 6 LPA

Location: Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru

Working shift: Rotational shift (9.00am - 6.00pm, 11.00am - 10.00pm, 10.00pm - 7.00am)

Working days: 6 days working in a week (Saturday or Sunday as week-off)

Position Overview:

We seek a Team Lead - Transport with at least 5-8 years of experience in incident management, vehicle routing, and transport operations. This hands-on role requires expertise in transport management tools, cab service invoicing, and vehicle clubbing for operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Management: Oversee transport incidents, ensuring quick resolution and minimal operational disruption.
• Vehicle Routing: Develop and implement efficient routing strategies to enhance service delivery and reduce costs.
• Operations Leadership: Lead the transport operations team, providing guidance for smooth service delivery.
• Cab Clubbing: Optimize cab utilization through effective clubbing strategies for efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Hands-On Management: Engage directly in transport management to address challenges and implement real-time solutions.
• Transport Tools: Use transport management software to track metrics and enhance operational efficiency.
• Invoice Management: Prepare and manage accurate invoices for cab services with timely processing.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align transport operations with organizational goals.
• Reporting: Generate reports on transport operations, incidents, and financial metrics for informed decision-making.
