Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 (Take Home) per month

Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred

Working days - 6 days in a week

Shift timings - Rotational (9AM - 6 PM) (1PM - 10 PM) (10 PM - 7AM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport MIS Executive to join our team in Sholinganallur, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Management Information Systems (MIS) and advanced proficiency in Excel, ensuring efficient data management and reporting within our transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, maintain, and analyze MIS reports related to transportation operations.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint presentation and Power BI (added advantage).

* Monitor and improve the efficiency of transportation processes and information flow.

* Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to analyze data and generate insights.

* Collaborate with various departments to collect and interpret data, presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.

* Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvements.

* Prepare periodic reports and dashboards to showcase transportation metrics and performance indicators.

* Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

* Proven experience in MIS reporting, preferably in a transportation or logistics environment.

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.

* Knowledge of transportation processes and operations is a plus.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
