Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Monitor operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor operational staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for operational enhancements.

  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in operations management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing operational teams and processes.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with operational software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel, as needed, to oversee operations at different sites.
  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management are an advantage.
