Sales and Technical Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Developed self to handle requirements of the customers starting from the inquiry stage of Mechanical Seal to order stage & timely execution of the same. Supporting customer with technical knowledge & coordinating production team for timely execution of the job.
• Installed Mechanical Seal on a variety of pumps including KS B, Johnson ,flow serve and in some other equipment also likewise, pressure vessels, Mixer and Agitator application.

• Respond promptly to seal failures and efficiently carried out repairs at customers sites,ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.

• Executed successful sales visits to expand customer base and consistently met or exceeded sales targets.

• Generation of inquiry leads through cold calling and customer visits and providing best services through selection of pump and Mechanical Seal based on applications and send quotation to customer.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experienced in pump seal as well as Reactors Seals.
• sales and Marketing for mechanical seal
• Experienced in Microsoft excel and power-point
• Good Technical knowledge on process equipments like pumps,valves, Agitators & Mechanical seal.
