Pumps Design manager

Qualification: ME or BE Mechanical with 5 years of minimum experience in the field of Pump Industries. With the good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, Solid Works 3D. Job Responsibilities: Job duty is to create technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations based on API 682 4th Edition. To incorporate these specifications into drawings that may be used in the manufacture, maintenance or repair of the product, namely mechanical seals. Besides creating drawings, other duties can include making technical calculations, assessing designing capacity limits, and estimating production costs. Job Duties: • Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for Centrifugal Pumps and supply systems controls, using AUTOCAD & SOLID WORK software. • Coordinate with sales team Member to design pumps in detail and resolve the problem. • Review and analyze the specifications of hand sketches, drawings, and related data to access the factors affecting component designs and follow the procedure as per on given instructions. • Compute the mathematical formulas to develop the design in detail for pumps. • Lay out and draw schematic, orthographic, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components. • Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to the job. Selected Candidate shall have following Skills and Qualifications: Problem Solving Product Knowledge (PUMPS & SEAL) Selling to Customer Needs Software Requirements (SOLID WORK, AUTOCAD) Product Development (Related Centrifugal Pumps) Technical Understanding Verbal Communication
