Position Overview:

The Sales Executive at Inditronics will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role involves conducting market research to identify potential clients and industries, generating leads through various channels, developing customized technical proposals, negotiating commercial agreements, and managing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Sales Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients and drive revenue growth for the company.

Objectives:

  1. Identify high-potential industries and clients through comprehensive market research in Industrial Automation.
  2. Optimize lead generation strategies for quality leads matching predefined criteria.
  3. Develop customized proposals highlighting Inditronics' unique value proposition.
  4. Streamline negotiation processes for timely and mutually beneficial deal closures.
  5. Provide proactive account management to foster long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries that align with Inditronics' offerings.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and pain points to tailor sales strategies accordingly.

Lead Generation:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.

Technical Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized proposals that address the specific needs and requirements of prospective clients.
  • Present technical solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of Inditronics' offerings.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the proposal development process.

Commercial Closure:

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Close deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to facilitate smooth contract execution and project initiation.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure their satisfaction and maximize their value from Inditronics' offerings.
