-Source suppliers for required goods and services.
-Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
-Issue purchase orders and track deliveries.
-Maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts.
Inventory Management:
-Monitor inventory levels and reorder points.
-Coordinate with various departments to forecast inventory needs.
-Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
-Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Supplier Relationship Management:
-Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
-Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting:
-Prepare reports on purchasing activity, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
-Maintain documentation related to procurement and inventory management in compliance with company policies and regulations
Proven experience in procurement and inventory management roles.
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
