Business Development: Identify and target potential customers in industries that require foil packaging, lamination, flexible, multicolour, multilayer packaging solutions, such as food and beverage, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and industrial sectors. Generate leads, conduct market research, and explore new business opportunities.
Sales and Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their packaging needs, and provide them with customized solutions. Present product offerings, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to maximize revenue.
Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of different packaging materials, including foil, lamination, multicolour printing techniques, multilayer structures, barrier properties, and relevant industry regulations. Educate customers on the advantages and benefits of our products and help them select the most suitable packaging solution for their specific requirements.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to flexible packaging. Analyze customer feedback, market demands, and product performance to provide insights for product development and improvement.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with tact and diplomacy.
