Export Executive

Manage the complete export process from order placement to delivery. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.Prepare reports on export activities, shipment performance, and market feedback.
Analyze data to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the export process.
Analyze competitors and industry trends to maximize export opportunities

1. Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely shipment. To generate the lead from International Market

2. Coordination with Logictics, bank and other agencies for proper dispatch

3. Responsible for quotation genaeration and communication with clients over mail

4. Responsible to coordinate with different Government authorities to know the trade fairs, exhibitions and market for our product

5. To research about the market, products and buyers for our products

6. To ensure timely reporting and MIS generation for the Management.

Excellent communication (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with tact and diplomacy.

Strong Knowledge of MS Office and different internet search tools. Background and experience in handling Export enquiries and communication. Strong written communication in English & Hindi. Should be flexible to work and attend or call during night or early
morning as per requirement
