Assistant Sales Manager - Export

Qualification : B.Sc - Chemistry or BE Chemical with MBA Marketing

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience preferred chemical Industry.

Must have:

• Proven experience in Sales and customer service within the chemical industry.
• Good English oral and written communication skills. Building & maintaining good working relationships with customers.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Prepare, submit, and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Handling export/Domestic sales/shipments as per client portfolio & coordinating with Clients till they receive export/domestic shipment.
• Prepare Sales CRM/MIS, Client orders / follow-up sheets, Export sample data with Status, Vendor /client data, Export & Import data.
• Must liaison between other departments, transporters and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client s needs in time restraints.
• Processing & follow ups for pending Sales Orders, Delayed orders, Dispatches and payments on regular basis

• Developing marketing Strategy bases on business plan of company
• Identifying and introduce new products, new markets & new customers to increase market share.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns to grow market share, including analyzing data, developing strategies, and identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Research and qualify potential customers, and determine their needs and level of interest in products and services.
