Sales Coordination:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth flow of information between departments.
Assist in preparing sales quotations, tenders, and proposals.
Provide support to the field sales team by preparing reports, maintaining sales data, and following up on leads.
Use various tools for searching prospects and generating leads
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery timelines.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and address any issues or concerns they may have.
Order Management:
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure orders are entered into the system and confirmed with clients.
Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Documentation & Reporting:
Manage and maintain sales documentation including contracts, quotations, and invoices.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and monthly summaries for the management.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with tact and diplomacy.
