Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

1. Receive Order from sales team and proceeds

2. Maintain Stock all warehouse

3. Arrange Transportation

4. Arrange packing

5. Arrange sample deliver

6. Update stock to sales team

7. Update order status by mail, or any other media

8. Update Payment receiving status to customer and sales team

9. Follow up sales order

10. Follow up payment with sales teams and customer

11. Handle documentation work of government or any other project

12. Handle Purchase entry.

Preferred candidate profile

1. should possess sales support experience

2. must have experience in handling project

3. shall have knowledge of Busy

4. should be multitasking
