Sunjeet Communications is looking for a Client Servicing Executive with MINIMUM one year of experience in an advertising agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage client relationships, coordinate marketing campaigns, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams. You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, delivering projects on time, and supporting the growth of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
• Coordinate with creative and production teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of campaigns.
• Manage client communications, feedback, and project updates.
• Support account managers in campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
• Assist in identifying new opportunities for client growth and campaign expansion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in client servicing within an advertising agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of advertising, marketing strategies, and digital media.
