Engineering Trainer

Job Description: Technical Trainer specializing in Engineering and Maintenance Skills within the Pharmaceutical Industry:

As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance engineering and maintenance skills across our pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Training Program Development :
   • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design comprehensive training modules related to engineering principles, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
   • Create engaging content, presentations, and hands-on workshops.
2. Training Delivery :
   • Conduct training sessions for engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
   • Ensure effective knowledge transfer on topics such as preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and safety protocols.
3. Unit Operations Expertise :
   • In-depth understanding of engineering processes (e. g. , HVAC systems, utilities, instrumentation). And process equipment maintenance.
   • Familiarity with maintenance practices, including predictive and corrective maintenance.
4. Quality and Compliance :
   • Emphasize adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations.
   • Monitor compliance during training delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical training or engineering roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
