Job Description
- Operate, monitor, control, and maintain Air Handling Units (AHU), Forced Draft Ventilation (FDV), chillers, cooling towers, hot water generators, and Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS).
- Maintain LAFs, dynamic pass boxes, garment cubicles, static pass boxes, biosafety cabinets, and isolators.
- Handle and clean pre-filters, fine filters, and HEPA filters for AHUs, LAFs, pass boxes, and other equipment.
- Operate and maintain air conditioning units.
- Prepare and execute HEPA filter replacements according to procedures.
- Prepare and execute Qualification/Re-Qualification documents.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for process and utility equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, safety work permits, and shutdown maintenance on process and utility equipment.
- Develop and maintain engineering department SOPs and PM checklists for operations and preventive maintenance.
- Manage spares and consumables for utility and process equipment.
- Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
- Relevant HVAC or maintenance certification.
- Proven experience in HVAC systems and facility maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
