**Senior HVAC Technician**

### **Position Overview:**

Technician & Trading Engineering-LLC, a proud member of the esteemed Esa Saleh Al Gurg Group, is seeking an experienced **Senior HVAC Technician*to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across various commercial and residential properties in the region. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex HVAC systems and projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record of **minimum 3 years of Gulf experience*in HVAC systems to further their career in a reputable and growing company.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Installation & Maintenance:*
- Install, commission, and service HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems) for both commercial and residential projects.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs of HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions.

- **System Inspections & Testing:*
- Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential faults, leaks, or other issues.
- Test HVAC systems to ensure functionality, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.

- **Supervision & Team Leadership:*
- Lead and mentor a team of junior technicians, providing guidance and support in daily tasks and complex troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and supervise the completion of HVAC installation and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

- **Client Interaction:*
- Communicate with clients regarding HVAC system performance, maintenance schedules, and any service-related inquiries.
- Provide clients with recommendations for system upgrades, replacements, or preventive maintenance.

- **Documentation & Reporting:*
- Maintain accurate service logs, inventory records, and work orders.
- Prepare reports detailing the performance and condition of HVAC systems for management and clients.

- **Health & Safety Compliance:*
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- Use appropriate safety equipment and procedures to minimize risks on-site.

### **Key Requirements:**

- **Experience:*
- Minimum of 3 years of **hands-on HVAC experience*in the Gulf region (UAE/GCC).
- Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems, including but not limited to central air conditioning, cooling towers, ventilation, and heating systems.

- **Skills & Qualifications:*
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and related electrical and mechanical components.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and colleagues.
- Certifications or training in HVAC systems (e.g., R-410A, EPA, etc.) will be an advantage.

- **Physical Requirements:*
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
- Comfortable working in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, confined spaces).

- **Language Skills:*
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Arabic language skills are an advantage.

- **Salary:*2500 SAR per month (plus applicable benefits as per company policies).
- **Additional Benefits:*Accommodation and transportation allowances, medical insurance, and other standard benefits as per UAE labor laws.
