Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage agency channel sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration through direct marketing efforts.
  
• Build strong relationships with agents and brokers to drive business growth.
  
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling health, motor, and other insurance products.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in agency sales or related field (insurance).
  
• Strong understanding of general insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, and direct marketing principles.
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an agency setting.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
