Cluster Manager

Hi,

We are looking for women aspirant for the Role of Cluster Manager in Banca Channel at Noida Location (Uttar Pradesh)

Responsibilities:-

1. To drive Insurance Business from assigned Relationship/Channel partner in an area or zone, to convince the relationship so they can convince their customer to invest in Birla Sunlife Insurance.

2. To ensure all the pre and post sales support and services to the relationship as well as to the clients along with the team dedicated to the relationship.

3. Ensure not only achieving the target but also to make sure there is a consistent growth in the business every quarter.

4 Team Handling of 4-7 RO's in team.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in Team Handling experience in Life Insurance

2. Must be a Graduate

3. Age upto 34 years

4. Must be from Life Insurance background with open-architecture experience in Banca Channel

5. Must possess good communication skills and confidence.
