Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing, including preparing and submitting payroll files to clients on time.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other benefits to employees.
- Maintain employee records, including personal details, job roles, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with HR teams to resolve queries related to payroll processes and policies.
- Provide support in resolving employee grievances regarding payroll discrepancies or issues.
