KRA - 1: Showroom Maintenance: Opening Time | 5S & Cleaning Metrics | Electronics Checklist Maintenance Report | Closing Report | Documentation.

• Having ensured the daily opening time of the extension office and showroom at 08.55am.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality and maintenance of show room and common areas.
• Have ensured to follow-up the 5S metrics and cleaning metrics.
• Implement 5S standards in the organisation premises.

KRA-2: Hospitality Management: Client / Vendor Facility |Employees Facility |Dress Code.

• To handle all aspects of the hospitality department, including front desk operations, client or vendor services and housekeeping.
• Planning, directing and coordinating central services such as security, maintenance, reception, and cleaning, waste disposal.

KRA-3: Admin Responsibilities |Admin Tickets Raised Vs Completed | Admin Purchases | Travel Arrangements

• To ensure the on time completion of admin tickets / NCs.
• To manage the Admin purchases with proper approvals.
• To check and close the bills of stationaries, local purchases, pantry expense, etc.,
• Manage the local vendors list and negotiate the prices for admin purchases.
• To coordinate to arrange the Office sanitary, stationaries, legal documents and postal documents..

KRA-4 : Inventory and Asset Management: Office Stock Maintenance | Inventory List | Asset List

• To maintain Inventory or Stock Registers of Company assets, Gift Bags, Gift Clocks and Gift Items.
• To ensure the required products has the stock needed to run smoothly while minimising stock costs.

KRA -5: Documentation & Reporting:

• To update and send the showroom maintenance report.
• To update and maintain the Inventory & stock report.
• Documentation and maintenance of all organisational assets.
• NC Report updation on time.
