• To verify the data of the Vendor registration forms (KYC) and initiates the ledger master creation.

FKRA 2: Statutory Reconciliation

• GSTR 1 Update
• GSTR 2 B Reconcile
• GSTR 3 Update
• TDS / TCS Update & Reconcile
• ROC Forms Data prepare
• IT assets and depreciation updates
• Registration and renewals.
• General Ledger reconciliation
• To verify and ensure the Invoices, and vouchers against tally/ Erp books.

FKRA 3: Accounts Receivable

• Sundry debtor Ledger reconciliation
• Make sure to account Checklist with the Sales Order reconciled, the Invoice and e-invoice with the E-way bill of sales Invoices, and the Entry
• Outstanding Receivables
• To be billed invoices
• Periodical weekly, monthly reports.

FKRA – 4: Accounts Payable

• Sundry creditor Ledger reconciliation
• Make sure to account Checklist with the Invoice and e-invoice with the E-way bill of purchase Invoices reconcile and Entry
• TDS, TCS
• GST
• EPF, ESI
• ROC
• IT, ADVANCE TAX
• BRS

FKRA -5: File Maintenance

• Make sure to file the invoices, expense vouchers, statutory filed (TDS,TCS,, and renewed documents.
• Accounts Books Pending invoices collections against the GSTR 2 done and make it the Manual filing.
• Accounts Books invoices weren’t filed in GSTR 2 follow the vendor till filling and hold the payment equal to the tax amount done through the Accounts Executive (AP) and make sure the Manual filing
• File segregation and labeling
• Periodical audit report.
