Roles and Responsibilities
1. To develop the growth plan for his own area for spares, retrofit, repair and brand-x business opportunities.
2. Plan customer visits, ensure main customers are efficiently looked after, generate business enquiries to meet growth plan.
3. Create the business opportunities by increasing customer interaction through productive face time with customer.
4. Registration of enquiries in CRM and managing the opportunities till converting into order.
5. Order intake budget planning and implementation of the same to achieve the target.
KPI Order intake RFC (Monthly, Quarterly, H1 & Full Year) with Bud. Margin, RFQ generation 1.6 times of OI Bud.
Desired Candidate Profile
Work experience: 8 Years
Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): Rotating equipment, Aftermarket sales
Education: Level: Graduate / Diploma Subject: Mechanical Engineering Certifications: DME/BE+MBA Mkt
Languages: English/Hindi
Soft skills: CRM (Saleforce.com), SAP/ERP SD Module, MS Office.
Other: Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Customer focus/Service
